A management company has been established to operate the estate and look after the interests of all owners. The responsibilities of the management company will include: building maintenance; cleaning and gardening of all common areas; maintenance of swimming pools; upkeep of gardens in each residence; and 24 hour security.

The management company can also assist with providing additional staff that may be required for cleaning, cooking, babysitting etc,
as well as laundry services.

The levy per residence in the first year will be US$3,000 per annum. The annual levy will be reviewed by all residence owners at the end of each year.

The management company has
been appointed for an initial five year term, with options to extend subject to their satisfactory performance and agreement of
all residence owners.
